Rory S. Coakley has been involved in the Washington, DC area real estate industry for over 29 years. During this time, he has acquired experience in a wide variety of areas, including commercial and residential sales and leasing. He founded Coakley Realty, a full-service real estate firm, in 1989 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Coakley is a graduate of Georgetown University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from the Kogod School of Business, American University.

Complimenting Rory Coakley’s experience is James C. Dailey, co-founder, who also brings more than 35 years of experience in the property management and homeowner association management industries. He is currently involved with several real estate companies, acting as Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all general accounting functions, financial statements, tax returns, and budgets. In addition, Mr. Dailey has extensive experience in structuring real estate partnerships, leasing partnerships, and retail businesses. Mr. Dailey received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest and an MBA in Finance from Emory University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Real Estate Broker.
