Gibbons brings a 30-year proven track record of success, having represented over 3.5 million square feet of space for owners and tenants. This includes many of Washington D.C.’s notable landmarks from the Washington Harbour to the Warner Theater Office Building. Gibbons has also represented many premier companies and non-profit organizations such as Merrill Lynch, and the National Children’s Museum.
Throughout Gibbons career, he has owned, managed, and led many of Washington D.C.’s premier commercial real estate companies as President and CEO, Executive Managing Director, and Principal. These include Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, Inc, Insignia ESG (now CBRE), Advantis/St. Joe Company, J Street Companies, and Cushman & Wakefield. Gibbons most recently held a Senior Counsel position at Summit Commercial and is a Principal at Outlier Reality Capital.
With a solid position in Montgomery County, Maryland, the addition of Gibbons expands Coakley Realty’s commercial real estate sales and leasing services as well as its specialized full-service property management, property development, property appraisals, and tax appeal solutions to Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
