Coakley Realty Increases Agent Presence in Richmond, VA

This broader outreach is part of Coakley Realty’s overall strategy to expand their geographic reach to increase market share in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Perry has been exposed to real estate from a young age by learning from his father who was a builder in California and Virginia. Perry’s career spans over 35 years as a wealth advisor for well-known Wall Street firms. Perry was a host on Bloomberg’s radio affiliate in Washington D.C., Mid-Day Money Talk, that aired weekly. This platform developed into a financial publishing career that produced several investment newsletters. His commentary and editorial work have been highlighted in Forbes, Kiplinger, Bloomberg Business, MarketWatch, Fox Business News, Nightly Business Report, and Money Magazine. Perry resides in Glen Allen, Virginia with his wife of 34 years. They have two sons and recently welcomed their first grandson. Spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling are his favorite pastimes.
