Growing up in Montgomery County and graduating from the University of Maryland, Stephanie Lovett is intimately familiar with the region and the current housing market. As a property manager, with her husband, of their own rental properties, Stephanie learned first-hand what’s involved and what is at stake when buying, renting or selling real estate. In addition her background in project management – she earned a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus – makes her uniquely qualified in managing projects for her clients.

In today’s current market with less inventory and increased competition, Stephanie is focused on really getting to know her clients and their real estate goals. She is passionate in finding the best fit for her clients and not pushing them into a deal just because a property is available. She doesn’t want anyone to ever feel their experience working with her was merely transactional.

With her attention to detail Stephanie is willing to go to great lengths to find the solution to questions she might not be able to immediately answer. She makes sure her clients know she is there for them every step of the way through the purchasing or selling process.
