Chris Nagel has over 14 years experience in the real estate industry. He is licensed in the state of Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a B.A. in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Chris joined Coakley Realty in late 2010 to incorporate a team concept with his partner Michael P. Rose and his 24 years of real estate experience. Previously with Weichert Realtors, Chris quickly became one of the top producers in the firm. He was inducted into the Weichert Realtors Ambassadors club for his sales volume and was also ranked among the top 5 Realtors in the region for buyer’s representation in 2009/2010. He is an accredited member of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists). He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). Chris has sold properties in Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and Charles County as well as in the District of Columbia in addition to Virginia and Washington DC.
