Chris Nagel has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry. He is licensed in the state of Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a B.A. in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Chris recently joined Coakley Realty to incorporate a team concept with his partner Michael P. Rose and his 17 years of real estate experience. Previously with Weichert Realtors ®, Chris quickly became one of the top producers in the firm. He was inducted into the Weichert Realtors ® Ambassadors club for his sales volume and was also ranked among the top 5 Realtors ® in the region for buyer's representation in 2009/2010. He is an accredited member of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists). He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors ® (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors ® (MAR) and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors ® (GCARR). Chris has sold properties in Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Prince George's, Anne Arundel, and Charles County as well as in the District of Columbia.
